Coffee egg, a significant drink only be served in Vietnam, especially in Hanoi – an ancient town beside Red River.
This coffee egg was first invented in 1946 by Nguyen Van Giang. With his curious, in 1946, he made a kind of coffee with fresh egg foam successfully and start to serve it at his café on 39 Nguyen Huu Huan street.
